Hewlett-Packard (Thailand) Limited was established in 1989, starting with a registered capital of 50 million baht and 40 employees.

HP Thailand today occupies modern premises in U Chu Liang Building on Rama IV Road with more than 1,000 employees active in sales, marketing, service, hardware and software consulting and support, and administration. The company’s headquarters houses a customer service center, training and product demonstration facilities as well as a system configuration center.

HP Thailand also sources and procures electronic components for supply to Hewlett-Packard production facilities worldwide. In addition to HP’s service center in Bangkok, the company also has 22 more service centers in major provinces through out the nation.

Abiding by the same principles as its headquarters and realizing the actual needs of local customers, HP Thailand has provided the best services to the customer based on Total Customer Experience (TCE) initiative. TCE is a customer’s impression of HP based on their interactions –people, products, services and solutions.

HP Thailand has established five centers to respond to every aspect of the customers’ demands:

  • HP Business Solution Center
  • HP Contact Center
  • HP Education Center
