Noppol Milinthanggoon has been appointed as the managing director of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Plc (RATCH) since October 1, 2008.
Noppol Milinthanggoon, 55, has many years of experiences in the electricity generating industry as he started his career at the state-run Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) in 1975, working for the Nuclear and Technology Division.

Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Plc (RATCH) has signed an agreement with PT Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering Tbk (TRUBA) to conduct a due diligence and evaluation process on a coal-fired power plant project in Indonesia.
Noppol Milinthanggoon, managing director of RATCH, disclosed that the Thai company and Indonesia’s TRUBA had signed the memorandum of understanding (MOU) on March 18 to commence the process of evaluation on developing the Kuala Tanjung Power Plant Project towards the potential investment and acquisition in the project.

Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Plc (RATCH) yesterday signed an agreement with its joint venture partners of Hongsa Power Plant project in Lao PDR to set up two companies to support the operations of the lignite-fired power plant in the future.
